We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for apparel that does not fit as expected, subject to inventory availability.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrives defective.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos showing the defect or error

If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, we generally do not offer refunds due to sizing issues or customer preference.

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Orders canceled before shipment

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
